Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for enforcing venue policies, managing crowd control, and ensuring the safety of all guests. Your presence will help deter potential disturbances while promoting a positive atmosphere.
Duties
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
- Conduct thorough checks of guests for prohibited items and maintain a visible presence to deter misconduct.
- Manage crowd control during busy events, ensuring that all guests are treated with respect and dignity.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and provide assistance during emergencies.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed, ensuring the safety of patrons at all times.
- Document incidents accurately and report them to management as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience is mandatory.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable; candidates should be willing to obtain these certifications if not already held.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrating discipline and situational awareness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods while maintaining alertness.
