What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store atmosphere
Support vendors by keeping their booths neat and presentable
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
Assist with merchandising, restocking, and in-store events
Help with special events to enhance the shopping experience
Be a team player and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and outgoing personality with great communication skills
Passion for small businesses, boutiques, and unique shopping experiences
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to help customers
Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Must be available to work some evenings, Saturdays, and special events
