Job Summary:
As a Store Manager at The Refinery, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, supporting vendor relationships, and driving overall store performance. You will lead a team of associates, oversee daily operations, and implement strategies to enhance the store's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and develop store associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring an optimal product mix and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to maintain adequate stock.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Manage scheduling and administrative duties to support store operations.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment aligned with The Refinery’s values.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive sales and meet performance objectives.
- Experience in vendor relations and product merchandising.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in retail software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
