What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trimmer - Indoor Cultivation position at The Refinery?
Growing Pains is an indoor cultivation brand based out of Paw Paw, MI. Founded by 2 former caregivers, our team is driven by passionate individuals that rally around a common cause - growing the best cannabis we possibly can.
Our brand has had great success in the market the last 4 years, and we’ve been fortunate enough to expand our operation, and with that, our team. We are looking for 8-10 of the best trimmers SW Michigan has to offer. Quality is our highest priority, as our garden team does an exceptional job, and we need our trim team to match the level of care we give to the plants in the grow. This will be a pay by the pound position, so efficiency/speed of work is rewarded for those that can maintain the quality we are looking for.
You must be 21 years old to apply. This is a drama free work place, bad attitudes will not be tolerated - we all love what we do.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
