Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging group fitness classes tailored to diverse skill levels.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, emphasizing safety and effectiveness.
- Design individualized training programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels.
- Conduct assessments to monitor participants' progress and adjust programs as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and community building.
- Maintain knowledge of current fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Promote fitness sales by effectively communicating the benefits of programs offered.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings and improve client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barre, group fitness instruction, or personal training.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and physiology.
- Familiarity with various fitness modalities.
- Ability to design effective fitness programs that meet the needs of individuals or groups.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines is preferred (e.g., personal training, group fitness, barre, pilates).
- A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
