The Director of Training- Welding will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and industry best practices. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including management, instructors, and trainees, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all training initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and training and development skills, along with a deep understanding of welding principles and practices.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for welding professionals, including new hires, experienced welders, and supervisors.

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

Design and deliver engaging and effective training materials using various methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and simulations.

Develop and maintain a robust training curriculum that aligns with industry standards and company requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
