We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Stockton office.
Key Responsibilities: General Operations
- Oversee and manage all areas of the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Keep upper management and the Medical Director informed of significant issues, offering prompt corrective actions or alternative solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, completing job responsibilities effectively and timely.
- Foster a positive and cooperative working environment to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.
Financial Oversight
- Meet sales goals while minimizing operational costs, including supplies, utilities, and labor.
- Develop and implement monthly business plans to achieve sales targets.
Client Service
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring all clients receive personalized consultations and treatment recommendations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and employees.
- Ensure all services comply with company policies and standards.
- Monitor inventory and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Handle incident and accident reports promptly and efficiently.
- Address and resolve client complaints promptly to turn dissatisfaction into positive experiences.
Personnel Management
- Conduct new hire orientations and develop individualized training plans.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all hours of operation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and federal/state regulations, including HIPAA, CPR, OSHA, and CLIA requirements.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with upper management to create monthly specials and marketing strategies.
- Track and report on promotions, identifying trends and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee patient leads, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in medical spa or healthcare operations may be considered.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of management experience in a spa, medical office, or retail environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional client service and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and industry trends is a plus.
