Position Summary
The Development Associate works closely with the Senior Director, Donor Engagement (SD) and Director, Individual Giving to provide a high level of administrative and operational support to advance the fundraising goals of the Individual Giving program. This position prepares donor acknowledgements and other correspondence related to gifts; assists in the planning and execution of fundraising and stewardship events; and serves as a liaison with donors, students, curators, and staff. This position also tracks and coordinates department schedules, workflows, calendars, and meeting arrangements; handles special projects; and maintains files. Tracking gifts and maintaining donor, prospect, and member information in Raiser's Edge, including processing mailings, proposals, reports, and invitations will also be a responsibility of the incumbent.
