Holliday ISD Holliday ISD is a 3A district with an enrollment of approximately 1120 students. We are in Archer and Wichita Counties about 10 miles west of Wichita Falls. We are at the top when it comes to academic and extracurricular success at the state level and are proud of the accomplishments of our staff and students.
We are a TIA district and have developed a plan where all teachers have the opportunity to qualify for anywhere between $5,000 to $20,000 in additional compensation through the allotment program.
