Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination of orders from the Food Bank's network.
Physical Requirements: This position works in a typical office setting but may be exposed to extreme temperatures in a warehouse setting. There may be extended periods of sitting, standing and/or bending, listening, talking and/or visual concentration, writing, and/or computer use. This position would generally have routine opportunities for the employee to be able to alter their physical position or change eye focus. Lifting should not normally exceed 30 pounds.

In conjunction with the Partner Technology and Support Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
1. Order Coordination:
Performs and coordinates data entry and related tasks for online, telephone and email orders.
Adheres to deadlines and proper procedures for order processing.
Finalizes orders daily and prepares schedules for release.
Assists with maintaining delivery and distribution schedules.
Identifies opportunities to improve internal processes.
2. Training:
Provides training and navigation for the order process and/or online ordering.
Identifies agencies for additional support or training.
Assists in developing and maintaining internal procedures/training materials for the order process.
