Litigation Paralegal (Temp-to-Hire)
The Registry, Inc. (Registry Staffing) is searching for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for one of our downtown clients. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team, is confident in their abilities, and is comfortable with a fast-paced environment. Strong technical skills preferred. JOB SUMMARY
- Assist in the discovery phase of litigation
- Perform legal research
- Assist in trial preparation as needed
- Prepare correspondence, pleadings and other legal documents
- Docket pleadings, maintain calendars, open and close cases
- Downtown location with free parking
- Strong benefit package
- $50K - $60K depending on experience
- 37.50 hour work week
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
- 3 years of recent paralegal experience in a litigation setting
- Organized with effective time management skills
- Positive references
- Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, research and e-discovery software
