Nurse Practitioner -
Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced patient care in a luxury wellness clinic setting, specializing in biomarker analysis, blood work interpretation, and personalized peptide/hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The role involves conducting comprehensive health assessments, prescribing evidence-based treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Perform initial and follow-up patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical exams.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (e.g., blood panels, hormone levels, biomarker screenings).
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including peptide therapy, HRT, and complementary wellness protocols in conjunction with pharmacy partners.
- Administer injections (e.g., peptides, hormones) and educate patients on proper self-administration when applicable.
- Monitor patient responses to therapies, adjusting dosages and regimens as needed.
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Diagnostic & Therapeutic Expertise:
- Utilize biomarker testing (e.g., inflammatory markers, metabolic and hormone panels) to guide treatment decisions.
- Prescribe and manage peptide therapies (e.g., Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, Sermorelin) for hormone optimization, recovery, and anti-aging benefits.
- Oversight of HRT protocols (e.g., testosterone, estrogen, thyroid) with a focus on safety and efficacy.
- Stay current with emerging research in peptides, HRT, and preventive medicine.
Patient Education & Compliance:
- Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and adjunct therapies to enhance treatment efficacy.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards for controlled substances and off-label prescriptions.
- Provide clear instructions on medication administration, potential side effects, and follow-up requirements.
Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work closely with the medical director, nurses, and wellness coaches to deliver integrated care.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations, including DEA licensing for prescription authority and HIPPA compliance.
- Participate in clinic quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active state NP license and national certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC). DEA registration required.
- Experience:
- 3 years in functional medicine, endocrinology, hormone therapy or wellness-focused practice.
- Proficiency in interpreting lab results and biomarker data.
- Hands-on experience with peptide therapy and HRT protocols.
- Pharmaceutical knowledge on all partnered products to maximize patient care.
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and patient rapport-building skills.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in hormone optimization (e.g., AAAM, IFM).
- Experience in aesthetic or regenerative medicine (e.g., IV therapy, Hormone therapy).
- Entrepreneurial mindset for contributing to clinic growth and innovation.
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Contractual agreement on a per patient basis.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend/evening hours based on clinic demand.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
