TRG is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to provide the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with Strategic Initiatives (SI) and Technical Engineering Analytical Management Support (TEAMS).
This position is currently hybrid, with work being performed in Arlington, Virginia and remotely, with occasional travel to Pennsylvania.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Core hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation of a master schedule and project plan which incorporate key milestones and actions to provide timely status updates to pertinent stakeholders
- Develop standard methodologies, training aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency
- Support meetings, briefings, and reviews through the creation of agendas, PowerPoint slides, talking points, audio/visual materials, meeting minutes and any other documentation that may be required to senior agency leaders
- Prepare and provide quality assurance for deliverables to be submitted to the Government
- Serve as a liaison between TRG and the Government
- Provide oversight of personnel
- Responsible for the quality, timeliness, management and compliance of services
- Provide support/expertise to DSCA in the following key functional areas: data analysis, business process improvement, and financial management
Education, Clearance, and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Five (5) years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or United States Government (USG) program/project management experience
- Five (5) years of experience in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Five (5) years of experience working with DoD policy documents, responses to Congressional Inquiries, and General Accountability Office (GAO) (or similar auditing agencies) auditing and reporting requests
- Five (5) years of experience with Inter-Governmental relations and protocol when interacting with staff at all levels of DoD, other Federal agencies, and foreign Governments
- Three (3) years of progressive experience in leading business management service projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, International Affairs, or International Relations
- Prior experience working for, or with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency
- Completion of courses or certifications from the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
