TRG is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to provide the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with Strategic Initiatives (SI) and Technical Engineering Analytical Management Support (TEAMS).
This position is currently hybrid, with work being performed in Arlington, Virginia and remotely, with occasional travel to Pennsylvania.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Core hours are between 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide recommendations on best practices for change management, communication plans and stakeholder engagement, while identifying gaps and assisting in the development of improved business processes
- Conduct studies, analysis, and evaluations to support business process improvement and implementation initiatives
- Provide, implement, and use a variety of data analytic tools and methods to support the exploration, modeling, analysis, and visualization of financial and programmatic data
- Extract, transform, and load data to create dashboards, reports, and other deliverables for senior agency leadership
- Support executive level meetings through the development of agendas, talking points, and any necessary presentation documents
- Provide knowledge to DSCA related to Government financial policy
- Support the TRG Project Manager with necessary Project Management & Task Management activities
