The Affordable Division, is looking for a Project Coordinator.
Position Summary:
To facilitate and assist the SVP of Construction Operations in all phases of construction, including permitting, pre-construction, construction, close out and turnover to the Building Management Company. Project Coordinator is responsible for acting independently to complete the contract administration, portion of projects and construction monitoring throughout the life of the project.
Position Duties include but are not limited to:
- Partakes in the planning and execution of special assignments designated by the SVP
- Assist SVP in planning and executing workflow throughout the building process and maintains the lines of communication with the construction teams.
- Will be capable of uploading plans to Procore, understand typical construction logs
- Coordinate and/or schedule meetings as required over the course of Construction.
- Experienced with Contract Administration and will be responsible for assembling subcontracts from documents provided and follow through to Subcontract Execution.
- Problem Solving: Resolve issued that may arise during the project lift cycle
Experience and Education:
- Construction experience.
- Preferably 3-5 years working on site for a construction company, strong Computer skills with excel spreadsheets and Procore Construction Software strong communication and organizational skills,
Travel:
Minimal travel required in between the corporate office to construction site locations
