Compensation: Our pay is based on talk time (TT) minutes and varies with performance: Starting rate: $0.25 per TT minute Top rate: $0.32 per TT minute, based on performance Special projects and secondary shifts (unposted) may offer different rates of pay. Project Overview: As an agent, you will handle inbound donation calls for various nonprofit organizations. Agents are encouraged to acquire multiple skills over time (typically within 4 months) to maximize call volume and increase earnings. When logged in, you will receive calls for any projects in which you are skilled. Call Details: Inbound calls only – no outbound or solicitation. Calls generally last under 4 minutes. Primarily data entry with the donor on the line. Flexible Hours: Enjoy 24/7 availability to set your own schedule. Shifts are posted weekly, with new hours available every Monday night at 9:00 PM EST. The highest call volumes are during nights and weekends. System Ease: Our system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. There is no need for VPNs or software downloads, making the process straightforward and simple to access. Requirements and Costs: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own equipment, background, and internet. Important Information: We do not contract with residents of California, Delaware, Massachusetts, Louisiana, West Virginia, Wyoming, Vermont, and South Dakota due to state laws on independent contracting. Applicants in Utah and Washington must have an established business to provide services. This is our peak drive time, and the system is very busy, so it’s the perfect time to start and maximize your earnings.
