What You’ll Do
- Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
- Lead and develop a high-performing pharmacy team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Provide expert clinical oversight, including compounding, dispensing, and medication monitoring
- Collaborate with prescribers and clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes and safety
- Evaluate medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy
- Offer pharmacological consultation, recommending appropriate therapies and counseling patients on drug regimens
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Manage departmental budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active pharmacy licensure in Georgia and Florida
- Four or more years of pharmacist experience, with direct compounding
- Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience
- Active immunization certification preferred
- Experience with CPR Plus is a plus
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
