In this role, you'll connect with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals in clinics and physician offices, driving IG infusion patient referrals and ensuring top-notch care in the comfort of patients’ homes.
Your Role: Be the Catalyst for Growth
• Drive Success: Lead sales and marketing efforts within your territory, growing revenue and margins for Specialty and IG therapies.
• Strategic Planning: Craft and execute a territory sales plan, identifying key accounts based on potential, current referrals, profitability, and service needs.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with all key decision-makers while staying informed about the competitive landscape.
• Collaboration: Partner with clinical branch personnel to deliver unparalleled service to patients.
• Data-Driven Actions: Leverage internal and external data sources, including CRM tools like Salesforce, to identify opportunities and tailor your approach.
• Account Management: Set clear account objectives, track call activities, and maintain progress on referral opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years in IVIG or healthcare sales.
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in technical or technology-related fields.
• Skills & Leadership:
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a knack for closing deals.
- Self-motivation and the capability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce is highly desirable) and a solid grasp of data analysis and market trends.
