Position Overview:
The Director of Human Resources will lead and oversee all HR functions within Remedy Mental Health, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, a passion for supporting others, and the ability to cultivate a positive workplace culture. The Director of HR will play a key role in shaping the future of our team by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, particularly in mental health, clinical, and administrative positions.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by serving as a trusted advisor for staff members and leadership. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of open communication.
- Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and proper training. Implement ongoing training and professional development programs for staff.
- Performance Management: Manage employee performance through regular evaluations, feedback, and development plans. Support managers in addressing performance issues and promoting employee growth.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure that Remedy Mental Health complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Update and enforce HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
- Benefit Plan Administration: Working with our brokers to ensure that we have competitive insurance plans for employees along with 401K oversight.
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Contribute to long-term strategic planning and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within healthcare or mental health settings.
- Experience within a multi-state/ remote corporation.
- Proven track record of successful clinical and non-clinical recruitment and talent management, particularly in specialized fields.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS systems, performance management tools, and other HR-related software. (Bamboo HRIS is preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, driving engagement, morale, and performance.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
