Requirements
- Mandatory certification in Medication Administration
- Assist with medications for all assigned residents
- Daily care responsibilities: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and mealtime assistance
- Monitor physical and emotional comfort, responding promptly as needed
- Document tasks, such as shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
- Confidentially communicate urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director
- Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
This position may require evening and weekend work as needed. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace, and random drug screening will be conducted.
