Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our nursing team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by coordinating medication administration and assisting with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with medications for all assigned residents
- Provide personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, and social interactions to residents
- Monitor resident physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
- Document completed tasks, including daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
- Communicate effectively with other staff members regarding urgent needs and concerns
- Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts while adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Must be certified in Medication Administration. A valid certification or licensure required. Must demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
