Requirements
Ideally candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, but we’re also excited to consider candidates that have translatable skills as well.
Responsibilities of this position would include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when needed
- Coordinating with managers to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metrics
- Receiving call-offs from staff and adjusting the schedule accordingly
- Predicting and filling future schedule needs based on Paid Time Off requests
- Assisting with the onboarding of new associates
- Cultivating the PRN pool to cover area communities as needed
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
