Renfrow Security is looking for motivated individuals to help us by joining our team as Unarmed Part-Time Security Officers!

WEEKENDS (SAT AND SUN) AVAILABILITY ONLY AVAILABLE

Shifts Available:

0700-1900 (weekends only)

1900-0700 (weekends only)

2100-0500 (weekends only)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; discouraging trespassers
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and posture at all times
• Respond to disturbances as well as observe, report, document, and take action as directed
• Perform all other reasonable work-related duties as assigned by the Company

Applicant Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (days, evenings, nights) required
• 2 Years Customer Service Experience Required
• PHENOMENAL customer service skills
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required
• U.S. citizen, able to read, write, and fluently speak English required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current, valid Driver's License with reliable transportation required
• Great communication skills
• Professional, Neat, Well-Organized
• Favorable background investigation with both local and state law enforcement agencies required
• MUST have a working cell phone and number
• MUST be able to receive assignments by email
• Adequate physical fitness with the ability to constantly stand on your feet, and maintain mental focus and awareness of surroundings during assigned shifts required
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Ability to lift 30 pounds as needed
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Proven and documented record of past employment reliability required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more in Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement a plus
• Active Unarmed NC PPSB security officer certification
• Conflict resolution experience preferred
• Experience in Verbal Judo and De-escalation
• Willingness to go above-and-beyond for our clients
• Active CPR/First Aid Certifications
