Renhill Group is currently looking for caring, compassionate individuals to work as an Educational Aide / Student Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis at James A. Garfield Local Schools in Garrettsville , Ohio for the 2024-2025 school year.
An Educational Aide / Student Assistant provides instructional, physical, and social emotional assistance in a caring and nurturing environment to meet the unique needs of students with Individual Education Plans. A qualified candidate must have a sincere desire to work one on one or in a general classroom setting with special need students of all levels of ability. Experience in childcare and / or special education a plus.
This position is at the the elementary school 8 : 45a-3 : 15p.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BCI & FBI background checks
Completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education
Renhill Group will assist you in obtaining your permit if needed. Permit costs $25 and payment is made directly to the Ohio Department of Education.
