Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, optimizing stock processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials within our distribution center. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive parts from various vendors according to Purchase order in the system.
- Receive new devices according to their corresponding work order.
- Maintain and prioritize request
- Help to identify parts not in system, incorrect holds.
- Audits of current inventory.
- Ensure daily tasks are being completed and followed through on.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills, the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns.
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with direct reports.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
- Must be dependable and able to commit to the position schedule.
