We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Financial Analyst to join our Employee Benefits Department in Indiana, PA.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining data and producing various documents, such as invoices, standard reports, custom reports, and supporting documentation. This is achieved by downloading and verifying data from multiple sources related to trust funding, claims, enrollment, premiums, and other healthcare-related information; communicating and resolving discrepancies; and formatting and manipulating data to produce desired results. These functions are carried out through the use of internal systems, carrier reporting and billing systems, and client vendor reporting systems.
The duties of this position include billing and reporting, and they range from detail-oriented tasks to overall review and analysis of projects, which require:

- State Life, Accident and Health insurance license which must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
* Experience working with health benefits, or administration of employee benefits is a plus.
* A strong accounting, finance, math, and/or billing background may be a good foundation for this position.
