The Reserve of Red Run, Madison Heights premier senior living facility is hiring a Move-in Coordinator to assist our residents. This essential position participates in internal and external marketing efforts and move-in coordination, ensuring a seamless and supportive transition for people making the Reserve at Red their new home. Responsibilities include maintaining our social media presence, overseeing next steps in the move-in process, supporting the marketing department with material management, reports, representing the Reserve at Red Run at various locations in Madison Heights and neighboring cities at events and resident follow-ups, etc.
The right person for this job will have a passion for working with seniors and welcome an opportunity to participate in and learn all aspects of senior independent living.
Able and willing to be trained in the following departments
- Marketing - Outreach in Madison Heights and surrounding areas
- Customer Service/Concierge responsibilities
- Transportation (interested in learning to drive the 12-passenger bus)
- Assist with events
Some of the responsibilities will include
- Taking initial telephone inquiry calls in support of the Sales Director.
- Conduct follow-up calls on prospective residents in support of the Sales Director.
- Touring prospective residents and/or their families throughout the community, obtaining and providing pertinent information to help them decide to move to the community
- Coordinate with the management team and new resident to assure apartments are ready for move-in.
- Overseeing the move-in process to help ensure a pleasant and professional experience for new residents including lease signing date, physical move-in date, apartment needs, and the post move-in questions and satisfaction.
- Prepare Welcome Binders and Move-In documents, collateral management
- Participating in the development of marketing plans and community events.
- Maintain and build referral data base
- Maintaining our social media presence.
- Must be flexible, self -motivated, able to work collaboratively with others, curious, comfortable with verbal and written communication, enthusiastic, kind, compassionate, and have a desire for increased responsibilities when ready and earned, over time.
