Your Role :
As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), you will be essential in providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring their health, offering emotional support, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure residents’ health and safety.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, enhancing residents' quality of life.
- Help with mobility and transfers to support residents’ independence.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop tailored care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, promoting residents' well-being.
