Your Role :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be instrumental in offering exceptional, personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health indicators, and providing emotional support, all while working closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' well-being.
- Support mobility and assist with transfers.
- Collaborate with the nursing team in formulating effective care plans.
