Your Role :
As our Nursing Supervisor, you will work overnight shifts (11pm-7am), Monday through Friday, leading a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will oversee facility operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guide and supervise nursing staff to ensure top-quality care delivery.
- Manage daily operations, including staff assignments and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
