We are accepting applications for full time Construction Project Coordinators to assist project managers with the coordination of facility maintenance projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project files for facility maintenance projects
- Solicit, collect and maintain subcontractor bids
- Liaison between company and county, city, mall and landlord representatives specific to licensing, permitting and subcontractor requirements
- Generate, issue and track subcontractor purchase order agreements
- Manage subcontractor insurance certificates and W-9’s
- Complete notices of commencements when required by the state
- Prepare project documentation for jobs, including construction scheduling, subcontractor lists, proof of compliance, closeout letters, etc.
- Miscellaneous administrative and customer service duties as required by project managers for on-time project execution
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and efficient
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and work on various projects at one time
- Excellent technical writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Education/Experience:
- Relevant construction/project management experience and/or bachelor’s degree highly desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
