Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Client Coordinator. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and the Resicom team. They will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating client service requests and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Some additional responsibilities are listed below.
Monitor technicians' daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers' requirements are met
Handle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload
Handle inbound calls from client dispatch teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and clear communication among teams
Complete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurate
Assess daily workload and determine if any adjustments to the resource plan are required, including but not limited to contacting technicians to take additional shifts and or jobs to assist with high workloads
Create and manage reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc
Ensure adherence to client procedural requirements
Project set up and vendor assignment
Preparation of scopes/estimates
Reviewing work orders
Material procurement
Data entry of purchase orders, invoicing- vendor compliance and documentation
Vendor sourcing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to thrive in a tight deadline environment is a must
