A popular Japanese restaurant in East Village of New York City recently opened its new concept in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We are seeking a part-time hosts to join our team. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and friendly individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities :
- Managing the restaurant's reservation system (Resy)
- Greeting and seating guests
- Answering questions in person or via phone for incoming patrons
- Assisting with table maintenance during service
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
