STEWARD (DISHWASHER)
We are looking to add a Steward (Dishwasher) to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position. Essential Functions:
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes.
- Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue.
- Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience washing dishes is preferred but not required
