We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where you can utilize your culinary skills and experience to prepare and serve high-quality food to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food in proper quantities according to the planned menu, maintaining the proper temperature of food during preparation and service, and ensuring that food is served in an attractive and appetizing manner. Additionally, the Line Cook will maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and equipment, and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma/GED and previous cooking experience. You must also be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Furthermore, you will need to be able to withstand a high level of physical motion and repetition in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
