The Food & Beverage Storeroom Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department at The Resort at Longboat Key Club.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect deliveries of food and beverage supplies
- Organize, label, and store items in the storeroom
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal supply requests
- Follow proper food safety and storage procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper food storage and handling techniques
