Description of the role:
The Housekeeping Turndown Service role at The Resort at Longboat Key Club involves providing exceptional service to our guests during the evening hours. This position is responsible for ensuring our guests have a comfortable and inviting environment for a restful night's sleep.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Perform turndown service in guest rooms, including but not limited to: closing the draperies, turning down the bed, refreshing amenities, and providing any requested items.
- Ensure that guest rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, and provide information about the resort's services and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
