What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at The Resort at Longboat Key Club?
We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our clubs mission.
Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 / hour
Essential Functions:
- Complete maintenance request work call orders from all departments on a timely basis.
- Completes assigned work orders for general repair within assigned time frame in order to achieve efficiency of the hotel, its safety and its equipment.
- Performs systematic checks and inspections to upkeep the hotel and assists in the established proactive maintenance program in order to prevent malfunctions, breakdowns and general depreciation.
- Maintains tools, work spaces and equipment in safe, secure and good condition.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous related experience required
- General knowledge of commercial appliance repair, HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry
