Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist marina guests with dockage, fueling, and other services
- Coordinate boat rental reservations and ensure timely delivery
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of marina facilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing payments and maintaining records
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of boating and marina operations preferred
