Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Be willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Complete all opening side work to prepare for the shift.
- Complete all closing side work at the end of the shift.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, a clean uniform, and a professional appearance.
- Be punctual when reporting to work and clock in only after being fully dressed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dining and patio areas.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience is advantageous.
- Possess courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.
