3rd Shift Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Clark Associates company, is looking for dedicated candidates with at least 2 years of management and/or leadership experience to join our growing company as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Manager. The 3rd shift team works four 10-hour days (Monday - Thursday), 8:00 pm - 6:30 am and is off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This role focuses on learning each department in the Distribution Center from the ground up during a rotational phase, with the end of rotation placement being in a leadership position on 3rd shift. The leaders and managers within the Distribution Center play a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will:

• Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality
• Meet department’s daily, weekly and monthly goals of the distribution center
• Achieve high performance standards while coaching and training employees on best practices of our business
• Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages and improving efficiencies
• Continually improve productivity targets and process improvements

• Demonstrate maturity, responsibility and leadership ability
• Must be able push and pull up to 150 lbs, as well as lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to constantly bend, reach, stand, twist, and squat throughout shift
