The Online Order Fulfillment Manager with The Restaurant Store is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer order and fulfillment process for a retail branch location. Under direction of the Branch Manager, the Online Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals through effective order entry, management, and fulfillment strategies that align with the goals of our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.

- Manage all customer orders by reviewing and analyzing the Open Order Report and communicating with customers as needed to ensure completion and satisfaction
- Ensure the growth and utilization of TRS.com within market reach of the branch location
- Lead and train the local fulfillment team to promote quick pick lists and online ordering features
- Develop and train the local fulfillment team within the TRS.com area of store operations
- Assist customers with utilizing all aspects of TRS.com ordering
- Communicate effectively with the Inventory and Sales Departments to maintain a consistent focus on what is best for our customers
- Maintain accountability with Inventory Department for accurate inventory levels
- Maintain accountability with Sales Department for accurate and timely communication with customers
- Manage customer sales issues as needed
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
- Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management with a specific focus on e-commerce fulfillment
- Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Accuracy in processing orders, avoiding errors in inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Double-checks orders to prevent issues that could lead to customer dissatisfaction.

- Ability to manage multiple orders, suppliers, and shipments simultaneously.
