The Catering Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering sales, event planning, and execution to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catering sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage all catering inquiries, bookings, and client communications.
- Plan and coordinate catering events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and consistency.
- Supervise catering staff and ensure high service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, pricing, and cost control for catering operations.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Promote the catering services through marketing efforts and community outreach.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Catering Manager, Banquet Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and fine dining service standards.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with catering software and event planning tools is a plus.
