About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Executive Chef to take charge of our Pakistani, Indian, and Mediterranean kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and authenticity. You will lead kitchen operations, develop menus, and create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Innovation & Development – Craft and refine a dynamic menu featuring authentic Pakistani, Indian, and Mediterranean dishes with a modern twist.
- Kitchen Leadership – Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Quality & Consistency – Maintain the highest culinary standards, focusing on flavor, authenticity, and presentation.
- Inventory & Cost Control – Manage food costs, ordering, and vendor relations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Training & Development – Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Compliance & Cleanliness – Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For:
