What We're Seeking
- Proven Restaurant General Management Leadership Experience!
- High Volume Experience is a MUST: At Least $5-$8M/year in Volume (WE ARE VERY BUSY!)
- Thorough understanding in food/labor cost and waste
- Thorough P&L experience
- Can ensure food safety and health standards
- Calm demeanor
- Collaborative personality and works well with FOH
