What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant General Manager l Fine Dining Steakhouse position at The Restaurant Zone?
We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you’ll manage staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, handle inventory and purchasing, and uphold rigorous cleanliness and safety standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (competitive, based on experience)
- Bonus based on Profitability!

- 2 weeks of paid vacation annually after 120 days (increasing to 3 weeks at year 3, and 4 weeks at year 7)
