What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & Mentor: Inspire and develop a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
✅ Oversee Operations: Manage all kitchen and front-of-house activities to ensure smooth service.
✅ Deliver an Amazing Guest Experience: Ensure every customer leaves happy by upholding top-tier service and food quality.
✅ Train & Develop Staff: Coach kitchen personnel and service teams for peak performance.
✅ Manage Schedules & Staffing: Ensure optimal coverage to meet restaurant needs.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an AGM or GM in a high-volume, casual restaurant (3,000 guests per week).
A culinary-savvy leader with a background in scratch kitchens.
Proven ability to build and inspire strong restaurant teams.
A cool head under pressure—fast-paced environments don’t scare you!
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with a relentless commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
