We’re looking for an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader to oversee and innovate the human resources and people strategies across multiple restaurant locations. This role requires someone self-motivated, communicative, and driven to create a positive environment for crew, managers, and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Strategy: Partner with leadership to align people practices with organizational goals.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Recruit, retain, and develop top talent; conduct staffing analysis and succession planning.
- Training & Development: Act as the SME for training tools, develop employees, and provide resources to enhance restaurant-level training.
- Human Resources: Maintain compliance with people brand standards and facilitate listening surveys to drive actionable improvements.
- Restaurant Profitability: Contribute to overall restaurant success by aligning workforce strategies with financial goals.
Work Environment:
- Primarily in restaurant settings.
- This may include evenings, weekends, and travel for workshops and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, workforce planning, or team leadership.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and execute across various teams.
- Must be fluent in Spanish
