We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Project Manager to join our Medical Education Company!
This position involves working closely with company leadership on the production of a series of medical courses, as well as the development of new products in the fields of education, medicine, and technology. This is a dynamic role with remote and on-site components, flexible hours and opportunity to grow. This position involves administrative assistance, client communications, project management, product development (educational courses), logistics, social media, and oversight of marketing operations.
TIME COMMITMENT:
Flexible and will vary throughout the year depending on active projects, but in the range of 10-20 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with planning of educational workshops
- Assist with travel arrangements for workshops
- Assist with logistics: communications with venues, catering
- Communicate with workshop faculty
- Communicate with workshop participants - pre course materials, post-course follow up
COMPENSATION:

- Hybrid. Primarily remote work (can work from anywhere) but ideally work in the office in Long Island City, New York part of the time every week or for specific projects.
