Job Title: Front Office Manager/Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager/Receptionist This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, ensures smooth office operations, and assists with event coordination and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Office Management

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, cleaning services, and office repairs.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and setting up video conferencing.
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees (preparing workstations, providing office tours, etc.).

Event Presentations & Coordination

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue booking, catering, and technology setup.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors, clients, and internal teams during events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years in a front desk, administrative, or office management role. Experience in event planning or public speaking is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Positive attitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Salary : $25 - $28
