Job Title: Front Office Manager/Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager/Receptionist This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, ensures smooth office operations, and assists with event coordination and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Office Management
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, cleaning services, and office repairs.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and setting up video conferencing.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees (preparing workstations, providing office tours, etc.).
Event Presentations & Coordination
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and client presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue booking, catering, and technology setup.
- Serve as a liaison between vendors, clients, and internal teams during events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years in a front desk, administrative, or office management role. Experience in event planning or public speaking is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Positive attitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
